Daily Duties at New Age Tech:
Assist in supporting over 14,000 Desktop’s. Support’s 2000 pro, XP, W98, W95, NT and some Unix. Tracks over a hundred calls a day using HP Openview and several other related platforms. Sets up printers for network printing, TCP/IP Printing and Local printing. Supports all VPN and wireless configurations.
