Daily Duties at D M Information Systems, Inc:
• Developed the Trial Presentation Department from the ground up, incorporating all phases of project management, from consultation to requirements gathering, scope definition, resource allocation, timeline creation, and training; • Provided Windows and Unix system administration for attorneys and their clients and created evidentiary databases for use in courtroom presentations; • Provided PC and Audio/Video hardware and software installation, configuration, training, and on-call technical support for clients and in-house staff; • Case Manager for litigation support at client and in-house facilities from reception through hardware setup, database setup, document preparation, scanning, quality control, document reassembly, and shipping; • Scanned documents in a federally approved, confidential environment, creating databases and image sets.
