Received Regional Supervisor of the Year for Fairfield Properties in 1999 and 2000. Promoted to Marketing Director in 2001, charged with troubleshooting underperforming assets as well as redefining the corporate marketing department, including graphic design and website management teams. Responsible for all advertising, promotions and internet presence for 106 properties in the western division comprising 25,489 units, including new construction, redevelopment, stabilized and affordable housing
