Daily Duties at Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc.:

Assistant to Finance Director General ledger Work with Self Help Project Director and Self Help Administrative Assistant to set up and maintain individual family files, budgets, construciton expense allocations and payments, construction loan draws and construction bank account reconciliations. Monitor Individual checking accounts and disbursements for individual families. Process corporate and project invoices for payment. Monthly bank reconciliations Assist with monthly financial statements Payroll Processing, including new hires, terminations, benefits, and maintain personnel files.
