Daily Duties at Mayfair Renaissance Condominum:

•Responsible for the work of on-site Concierge staff (7 staff); Recruits and builds an effective Concierge team. •Composes literature and correspondence for homeowners and board of directors. •Works directly with Property Manager to implement and enforce all policies and procedures of the property. •Works closely with maintenance engineer to provide safety systems and report on the overall condition of property. •Represents homeowners and board of directors; responds directly to homeowner needs and concerns. •Assists with monthly budget reports for board of directors. •Utilizes software to update all resident accounts including units for rental.
