Daily Duties at Julie Owandy Group:
In charge of international sales and business development; research, qualification, recruiting and management of a global dealer network; marketing, product training and product integration for each country. Responsible for a network worth $165K in September 2000, then $490K in September 2001, subsequently $1.2MM in 2003, for an overall sales of $10MM. - Europe: Negotiated and closed a $870K /year contract with a major European dental camera manufacturer in Germany. In charge of business development throughout Eastern Europe (Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary,..). - Asia: Initialized and concluded a commercial contract with a major Chinese dental chair manufacturer (Wandong Medical): mid 2001, and launch of the sensor business in Japan beginning of 2002: yearly sales: $900K - North America: Manage and support the US existing dealer network and its return to profit, and launched the Canadian dealer network. - Middle East : Signed contract with the largest medical Egyptian importer who has a sister company in the Emirates. - North Africa: Launched of the Owandy product line in Tunisia end of 2000.
