Daily Duties at Mannington Commercial:
* Provide onsite and offsite support to personnel over the phone. * Built a C# application that automated copying files from old computers to new computers during lease swapouts. This includes placing the files in the folders they belong in, not just moving everything into a central folder. This saved a large amount of manual copying of files that would have been required without it and allowed the company to get a major lease done much more quickly than had been planned. * When given tasks to do, I work on them quickly and get them done in a timely manner with accuracy. Professional friendly attitude when dealing with other personnel. * Created how-to/instructional documents for myself and other tech staff to assist with specific installs and fixes for certain things. Also created documentation for network information, inventories, and other important system information I was given to collect. These were maintained using Microsoft SharePoint and Office 2003/2007.
