Managing end-to-end implementation of Voice Capture Systems & MS-SQL 2000 Server for multiple financial firms & call centers. Provide technical support for MS-Windows 2000 & 2003 Network Operating Systems within an Active Directory production environment, resulting in increased system uptime, better electronic messaging & more efficient file storage & remote access to all systems via Virtual Private Networks Providing analysis & recommendations for the purchase on high-end Enterprise-level Office Automation Solutions to ensure increased profitability while keeping overall costs low & within budget. At one client - increased productivity & lowered costs & head count, resulting in 20% increased profits over implementation of office automation solutions during first year. Providing telephone support with clients & technicians to resolve equipment issues. Providing Network Server and Telecommunications, as well as Desktop PC & PC support for users in a fast paced environment.
