These JV’s resulted in new channels offering significant advantages compared to competitors and substantially increased the company’s presence and geographic footprint. • Achieved dominant market share in targeted segments by redefining strategic focus of the business and driving the marketing, manufacturing and logistics to support these segments. • Penetrated commodity market by 85% sales increase in 6 years. • Hired, trained and developed a total of 2 sales managers, 6 regionals and 28 salesmen throughout the US, Mexico, & Central America. • Negotiated acquisition of domestic manufacturing facility (Colortech, Inc.) to secure business volume developed. • Inventory reduction from 230 days to 99, reduced floor space by 40%. • Improved service level from 65% to 95%. • Offset 56% increase in raw material costs due to exchange rate.
