•Work closely with sales representatives for all ordering/inventory purposes •Perform all of store’s account functions, such as accounts payable, invoicing, and recording weekly expenses and deposits •Designed and implemented several programs in order to facilitate weekly responsibilities of all managers •Monitor inventory control •Assist in entering monthly job costing budgets •Preparing job costing reports •Provide first-line customer service experience through direct correspondence and phone calls •Coordinate customer service training meetings •Responsible for interviewing and ongoing training for new hire individuals •Prepare and plan current and prospective menus •Maintain a sanitary working environment
