Daily Duties at Pioneer Research:
Primary responsibilities include management and direction of independent sales forces in Southeastern and Southwestern United States. Assigned territory resulted in sales in excess of $2.8 million dollars (a 15% increase over previous year). Spent extensive time in the field with independent reps training customers and working promotions at both retail store level and distributor level. Attended major trade shows and retail promotions to promote the brand. Worked with sales coordinator to insure all required materials necessary for trade shows were completed and shipped as well as was the first person on the floor during set-up of most all events. Assisted with yearly budgeting of sales and promotional/show expenses. Designed and recommended sales programs and assisted with short and long-term sales strategies.
