Superintendent in the 8-school, 700 personnel organization comprising the cities of Mendota Heights, Mendota, West St. Paul, Lilydale, Sunfish Lake, Inver Grove Heights, and parts of Eagan, Minnesota. Took the consideration of learning differences into focus in the development of the district diversity and integration program. Worked on developing the Garlough Elementary Collaborative; a program designed to reduce student mobility and improve students’ achievement and attendance. Established a curriculum review cycle and maintenance cycle

HENRY SIBLEY HIGH SCHOOL, Mendota Heights MN
I united a community while gaining support and trust. Facilitated a team that developed a SAIL Program. (Student Assisted Independent Learning) This program focused on student learning differences and appropriate adjustments. It became a very successful program for students with learning differences. Developed a Student Assistance Team that met weekly and reviewed special needs of various students and developed strategies on how to resolve those needs
