Responsible for operations and performance of database system, Raiser’s Edge applications and the maintenance of server and network for two departments. Handled global changes and import and export of data. Designed reports in Crystal Reports and Microsoft Excel. Trained users in new applications, supervised three data entry staff. Provided support and analysis for three-year, $75 million fundraising campaign.
