Daily Duties at J.C.Penney Catalog:
Take catalog orders for customers, looking in major and sale catalogs for specific items that the customer would like to purchase. Looking up special discounts to apply to their order, item and price checks, reordering items that are not in stock, placing special prison orders, directing orders to the office, home or to the nearest store, giving customers price breakdown on all items purchased and final totals. AT&T Verifier- JCPenney Telemarketing is a Third Party Verifier. Take customer information from the AT&T Agents, and verify with the customer that the agents gave all the correct information. If any of the information is incorrect the order would fail for whatever the reason and then documented for that reason, if all the information is correct the order would pass and is processed and sent back to AT&T.
