Conceptualized and developed strategies for improving software solutions through maintaining current knowledge of market trends and incorporating recommendations from current client base. Coached account managers on account growth, prospecting, and evaluating new client opportunities. Account Manager (1996-2000) Generated sales opportunities for Reporting and Programming Development Tools software through revitalizing relationships with former customers and establishing relationships with new clients. Managed all aspects of sales process, including lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, sales agreements, and follow-up support. Directed post-sale client relationships to ensure satisfaction and solicit feedback for software improvements and enhancements.
