Daily Duties at Tributes, Inc:

Hired as executive staff to provide leadership and experience to an Internet startup with limited know-how. Establish product direction, functionality and features of the consumer and B2B products so as to establish project parameters and the roadmap for design and engineering teams. Oversee all websites, e-commerce platforms, co-brands with leading US news sites, and web hosting platform partners. Conceptualize and manage all web and traditional marketing activities, strategic partners, and agencies. Determine and implement all business and user processes on tributes.com as well as internal CRM, CMS, and reporting systems. Shape corporate strategy, direction and financials models as the company becomes profitable.
