Provide superlative customer relations to build loyalty and encourage long-term growth. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing employees and supervisors. Provide ongoing training, and ensure full compliance with safety and sanitary compliance requirements. Manage inventory functions, including the purchase of food stocks and consumables. Identify and implement cost-reduction measures, including the reduction of waste and through personnel training and mentorship. Administrative management activities include payroll and benefits management and reporting.
