Provide ongoing training, and ensure full compliance with safety and sanitary compliance requirements. Manage inventory functions, including the purchase of food stocks and consumables. Identify and implement cost-reduction measures, including the reduction of waste and through personnel training and mentorship. Administrative management activities include payroll and benefits management and reporting.
