Daily Duties at Wachovia:

Performs service transactions for financial center to include check orders, address and name changes, account maintenance, etc. Handles customer service issues by conducting research, taking ownership and following up with customer to provide status. Perform basic account opening of deposit product accounts in an accurate and efficient manner by following approved procedures includes line of credit, debit card and online banking. Greets, directs, and assess needs of customers and refers to appropriate financial center personnel when necessary and conveys professional image, and demonstrates quality customer service behaviors. Assists Financial Center Manger with ensuring smooth customer traffic flow within the financial center and during hand offs between financial center personnel.
