Daily Duties at Bsci:
• Manage daily operations of over 130 client companies, over 140 sites and multiple states. • Oversaw and supervised daily workload and activities of entire staff of professionals. • Increased technical profitability from 30% billable to over 80% in 2 months. • Created and implemented a help desk to alleviate burden on senior staff. • I was the main source of consultation for the President of the company for technical and operational policies and procedures. • Administered and directed all services provided by BSCI on a daily basis, to include; Voice and Data Systems Design, Implementation, Integration, Monitoring and Management ,Anti-Virus Risk Audits, Anti-Virus System Design and implementation ,Network Security, Intruder Detection and Data Integrity Audits ,Network Performance Analysis ,Disaster Recovery Planning ,Desktop Application Support Including Microsoft Office? , E-mail, Instant Messaging, Group Calendar and Scheduling ,Remote systems management, Management of systems located in a Data Center or an Independent Service Provider (ISP) , and Remote Network and Application Monitoring . • Responsible for all performance reviews, bonus recommendations, as well as being an essential influence on hiring and terminations.
