Collaborated with Bankers on all aspects of deal book/memorandum creation; served as the liaison between Administrative, Marketing, Analytical, and Banking Services. Created and/or replicated charts and graphs in Excel or PowerPoint, based on information provided by Banker, in Wachovia approved styles. Performed desktop publishing/graphic design duties including creation of presentations in PowerPoint, pitches, maps, as well as other types of presentation material. Proofread and edited presentations and deals for Mergers and Acquisitions to ensure accuracy and consistency of Confidentiality Agreements and miscellaneous documentation. Conducted research via the internet of Private and Public companies/investors in Capital IQ, Bloomberg, as well as other sites to research other projects. Promoted from Creative Support Specialist to Senior Creative Support Services Specialist.
