Daily Duties at Kinetic Systems, Inc.:
Provided advanced administrative and secretarial support for Project Manager, Project Engineer and Safety Coordinator. Responsible for preparing correspondence, internal communications, travel and lodging arrangements, and dealing with local and national vendors. Additionally responsible for the management of the job site checking account, man-hour reports, document control, records of safety training, and employee per diem and expense reports. Maintained current OSHA required library of MSDS & Safety Program documents. Additionally responsible as Payroll Coordinator handling Human Resources and Payroll issues for 200+ employees on a weekly basis.
