Research on clients plan (lot property) if there is pending cases. 3. Encodes and filing of lot description, title certificates and approved plans. 4. Makes reports on project and office expenses. 5. Entertains business proposals and convey messages of individuals who wish to arrange appointments to the Chief Operating Officer. 6. Authorized signatory in cases COO is on leave or out of town with his authorization. 7. Representative of company and attend corporate meetings. 8. Performs any other task assigned according to exigency of works.
