Daily Duties at Ely's Journey Construction:
1. Manage contractor, consultants and vendors documentation including typing required correspondence for Project Team 2. Attends weekly coordination meetings. 3. Maintain a filing system and control all project correspondence and keep the Project Team updated of pending response / submittal of documentation etc. 4. Updates weekly manpower report and accomplishment report. 5. Check and monitor workers in their Personal Protective Equipments (PPE). 6. Observe proper sanitation at job site. 7. Do punch listing works. 8. Request materials needed at job site. 9. Do office works. 10. Keep updated on further instructions given by Project Managers and Project Engineer and disseminate it to Foreman for any revision or rectification on the said project. 11. Coordinates with Purchaser, Accounting, Human Resource Dept. and Time Keepers. 12. Performs any other task assigned according to exigency of works.
