Researched and used extensively Duns and Brad-street (D&B) database for classifying Oracle customers into various LOB’s Trained new team members and used six sigma principles in customer account audits and revenue management Responsible for de-duplicating the customer accounts and parties for maintaining clean and efficient database Responsible for running Oracle customer reports using Oracle Discoverer report tool Expertise in customer data management, order management, expense management, cash management, accounts receivables, accounts payable modules and Sales module of Oracle 11i E-business suite
