Daily Duties at Microsoft / Volt:

• Partner with Staffing Consultants and hiring managers in assuring company OFCCP guidelines for external hiring are followed. Includes confirming application submittals, obtaining screen and hiring feedback notes and dispositioning all external candidates in requisition workflow in recruitment database. • Post requisitions internally and externally, submit interview requests through internal tool and complete req closeout reviews. • Offer colleagues with problem solving solutions to issues related to recruitment tools, OFCCP and interview scheduling. • Source and initiate contact with propsective candidates for core technical positions. • Administer weekly candidate sourcing sessions open to all hiring managers within Microsoft Office organization. • Provide hiring managers with guidance on staffing procedures and guidelines. • Perform routine audit of requisitions for completeness and procedural compliance.
