Daily Duties at Citadel Communications:
Greeted visitors and clients in front lobby. Handed out prizes that listeners won on the radio stations. Answered mult-line phones, put calls to either a salesperson, production dept, traffic dept, etc. Ingoing and outgoing mail, UPS, FED EX, AIRBORNE, USPS. Matched production orders with the correct commercial accounts and filed them. Matched up bills with copies of checks and filed them. Matched contracts with the correct Contract confirmations an filed.
