Daily Duties at The Allegro At College Harbor:
Business Office Manager responsible for all human resources, payroll, billing, accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, deposits, petty cash, resident billing, refunds, leasing, move ins, move outs, renewals, customer service, coordinating and managing office and personnel functions and providing assistance for the Community Director. Implement and enforce policies and procedures, monitoring and maintaining the day to day operations for an upscale independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing retirement community consisting of 200 residents and 170 employees. • Oversee and train department heads, administrative and receptionist teams. • Assist in establishing and operating within budget guidelines. • Participate in the development and implementation of new policies, procedures and new software.
