Daily Duties at Coastal Travel, Inc.:

80% Leisure/ Incentive, 20% Corporate - Worldspan. Reserving air, cars, hotels, cruises and packages as requested by clients. Advising the client of their incentive program rules, then deducting or rewarding the points according to their purchases. Training new employees on the incentive program. Ticketing groups, processing refunds/exchanges and submitting the accounting report on a weekly basis. Updating the incentive program, issuing monthly reports and assisting the bookkeeper with information for the quarterly reports.
