Daily Duties at Carlson Wagonlit Travel:
Corporate Travel. Worldspan, Apollo and Sabre. Arranging business trips and assisting with group reservations for customers as requested and within their company policies, getting approval from their coordinator/supervisor when necessary. Reserving Domestic and International air, hotels, cars and Limos. Answering questions to assist them with their travel, exchanging tickets and advising of passport and visa documentation as needed. Assisting my Supervisor and Customer Service in resolving complaints. Researching tickets and exchanges, sending ticket copies to clients as needed, listening to calls and working as a liaison between the airlines and the customer to resolve issues.
