Daily Duties at U.S. Army:

• Educated, counseled and mentored five Platoon Sergeants as well as over 150 Soldiers. • Managed over 50 million dollars of supply transactions and procedures, involving vehicles, computers, and weapons. • Identified organizational objectives, organized needed resources, directed operational efforts to achieve desired results. • Enforced, tracked and insured compliance with all organization policies and procedures. • Advised supervisor on several issues involving the organization. • Directed the implementation and training of 20 new Stryker combat vehicles. • Worked closely with other leaders on several projects to improve the overall efficiency of maintenance programs
