Performed research and development funded by ARDA/DTO to create an advanced Intrusion Prevention framework. Helped develop multiple components of the framework including network fog, pattern discovery for automatic IPS signature generation, and just-in-time decoy routing. Contributed significantly to papers presented at USENIX and IEEE conferences. Developed one of the first vulnerability management systems which became an integrated part of the FDIC self-assessment program supporting FISMA compliance.
