Daily Duties at Contech International:

Ongoing Assignments 1.Development of group financial system comprised of four organizations (sister-concerns) 2.Intra-group funding and investing decisions making 3.Advice for independence and related-party issues within the group 4.Liaison with legal / financial advisors, auditors and other stakeholders of the group 5.Registration processes in different authorities e.g. LCCI, REAP, FBR etc. 6.Systems, structural and contractual planning, designing and development (Activity comprised over contracts writing, vouchers & internal control tools designing, staff training and development, flowcharting and DFDs, coordination for legal implications and contractual adjustments etc.) Routine Job Profile • Alignment of financial policies with business and operational vision • To strategize finance function and ensure smooth policymaking • To represent the organization at all International forums and conduct financial negotiations with consortium partners and external stakeholders • Strategic financial forecasting & budgeting • Risk analysis and management • Development of growth strategies based on internal and external growth reviews • Formulation of investment policy and strategies • Business capture and collaborative strategies (for public-private partnerships, consortia and other combinations) • Restructuring decisions and processes • Revenue assurance • Profit planning • Participation in resource employment, deployment and mobilization decisions, specially consultants' charge-out • Financial Analysis • Internal Audits • Financial Reporting • Internal controls implementation and revisions • Supervision of routine accounting & financial operations (Financial Management & Treasury, Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, Financial Information System, Banking operations, Forex management)
