Daily Duties at Avon Products, Inc.:
Develop and manage Kids' and Home Entertainment business in the world's premier company for women. Product categories include apparel, footwear, accessories, toys, room decor, gifts and books. -Generate 26 new catalogs annually -Shop market for new salesworthy products and work with vendors to create innovative new offerings. -Negotiate licensing terms and nurture current licensing relationships with Disney, Nickelodeon and Marvel. -Negotiate for best pricing, vendor terms and shipping costs. -Analyze past sales data to plan future buying decisions. -Determine pagination, page layouts and product photography to be used. -Compose and proof all copy. -Condust focus groups and survye with Avon representatives to gauge product reception.
