Daily Duties at Client Development Services:
Manage a team of program specialists who deliver outbound calls to consumer healthcare companies designated to generate sales and usage. Generate creative ideas regarding program development, processes, and direction. Work collaboratively with VP, Client Services to implement these ideas. Monitor and coach representatives on call quality and effectiveness. Motivate team members to attain client specified activation and dollar usage. Direct call center operations as a liaison between clients, supervisors and call center employees.
