In charge of all major purchasing for company in order for business operation. • In charge of planning for all customer services, jobs, and installations to ensure product availability • Ensure that ware house stock is adequate to the job load to keep production flowing • Responsible for over seeing all WIP’s and MRA’s • Responsible for the maintenance and functionality of all company vehicles for Techs and sales force • Perform physical inventories every quarter for auditing purposes • In charge of developing a bar-coding system to facilitate a database for inventory purposes • Create and manage spreadsheets to track product information such as serial numbers, on hand QTY’s WIP’s and MRA’s
