Daily Duties at Mid Peninsula Housing Management Corporation:
• Responsible under the Compliance Manager and the Director of Property Management to understand all compliance programs under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HUD, Home, Cal HFA, RHCP, CHRP-R, and any site specific subsidy regulatory regulations, carry out all duties in full compliance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity regulations as well and Mid Peninsula Housing Coalition policies. Assist in reviewing and administering all sites subsidy programs efficiently and accurately according to the programs regulations and MPHMC’s operations procedures. Thoroughly review all applicants to insure all information is correct and completely shown. Assure that all applicants are being diligently screened according to programs regulations, MPHMC’s operational procedures and Fair Housing regulations. Review site’s appropriate forms and certifications for their subsidy programs requirements. Assist the Compliance Specialist and District Managers in responding to Government Agency compliance audits
