Daily Duties at Sanatoga Group:
Directly responsible for Technical Business Analyst requirements performing a Novell to Windows NT conversion as well as identifying and addressing Network Security issues for Sovereign bank. -Meet with business units at multiple locations to identify their needs, provide training and documentation for the impacted personnel. -Directly responsible for the recommendation and documentation of several process methodologies required for the implementation of a Program Management Practice for Cigna Insurance. Providing industry expertise involved with the processes for Time Tracking, Business Case Development, Planning and Estimating, Financial Management, Status and Issue Reporting, Risk Management, Scope and Requirements Management, Professional Services Administration, and Client Management Processes. -Meet with senior members of the Cigna business units to identify the current processes in place and address their needs with the higher business processes being implemented in this project.
