Daily Duties at I Flex Solutions, Inc.:
• Prepare Monthly Expense report • Enter Expenses within CLEATS (Oracle database) • Email expense report to I-Flex billing department • Reconcile expenses entered in Cleats against I-flex invoice • Payment tracking • Track team attendance • Prepare Projected Man-days report • Prepare Monthly Project Data Summary report • Maintain Scope Change, FS & RS tracker sheet. • Upload project documents to I-project Oracle website. • Schedule weekly team meetings • Arrange conference calls & distribute info among participants • Work with I-flex Admin (NJ office) in arranging appropriate living accommodation for new resources.
