Key Clients: Amtrak, Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program, WAMU/The Diane Rehm Show Interactive Account Supervisor Key Clients: Amtrak, Trex, Choice Hotels, Colonial Williamsburg Major accomplishments include: • Successfully rebranded and relaunched Amtrak's Northeast Regional service with a new name, logo and integrated advertising campaign in major route markets. Brand awareness among travelers in the Northeast increased 10% over previous year and while the campaign was in market, ridership grew by 6% versus the same time YAG. The work also garnished numerous awards, including a National ADDY and inclusion into the international creative advertising journal Archive. • Managed the development of NationalTrainDay.com. In addition to major market event information, the site provided a DIY kit and event submission tool for homegrown events and drove traffic to Amtrak.com for travel bookings. The site has successfully generated incremental revenue for Amtrak and in 2009, more than 145 “trainiacs” used the kit to host their own events across the country. • Sold Amtrak on merits and currently leading entry into social media.
