• Count weekly contributions – created spreadsheets in excel to simplify process of weekly and monthly reporting. • Weekly fund transfers • Accounts Payable – Set up accounts payable system in Quickbooks and recommended changes for issuing checks to vendors and department heads. • Manage petty cash and office supply expense accounts, and monthly reporting to all departments • Reconcile bank statements for six accounts • Responsible for computer selection, purchasing, set-up, software installation and maintenance.
