Daily Duties at Automatic Data Processing :

* Client service contact for 125 clients using the Cashiering system for company. Trouble shooting problems, explaining the system operations and functionalities. Tested new products and went out to client to install and teach their users. Did client visits and audits of their operating procedures and corrected and suggested more efficient ways to utilize the system. * Created and distributed operation manuals for the Cashiering, Transfer and Transit system. Created new Cash trade processing system and manuals for all 180 clients under ADP and trained and instructed the use of the system between various different products in the firm. * Create detailed specifications for new products and client demands. Worked with Systems & Programming group on developing and testing new products and functions * Balanced Firm, Purchase & Sales and Cage III (DTC, BONY & Euroclear) * Senior Conversion - Went to new clients and did detailed comparisons of there present applications and compare to ADP system. Developed training procedures for new clients to get accustom to new systems they would be utilizing. Wrote detailed specifications on new functions that would need to be developed by S & P for client to continuing processing their work.
