Daily Duties at Technology Resources:

Over a 20-month period worked at Automatic Data Processing in the Conversions group. During that time converted 5 clients onto the ADP Cage III system. * Created workflow comparisons. Compared the users present system and applications to what ADP will supply. Created Gap list between the systems. Created specifications for system and programming for new functions. Trained users on the ADP system and got them ready for live date conversion. Created Master Security compares between clients database and system. Set up new security master data for issues not on system and created private security setups for non-cusip issues. Took user through live date and turned users over the product support for continued support if needed. Client included E-Trade, HSBC Bank, HSBC Brokerage, Prudential, and UBS London. Assisted in other products including Name & Address, Dividend, and Stock record.
