Daily Duties at Cable Communication And Engineering:
Supervise and train employees as well as create training programs for employees. Assist technicians with equipment such as NIU’s(which gives Telephone service), Digital Boxes, Modems, MTA’s (hybrid equipment), via Nextel/direct connect. Use databases such as Mocasoft to provision and network equipment on customer’s accounts. Confirm appointments with clients, trouble shoot cable, digital phone, and high speed internet problems, as well as process requests for services.
