Daily Duties at Environmental Services Inc:
Directed and implemented all recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing levels (200 + employees). Developed and implemented the following programs: Referral bonus program, Employee discount program & established corporate membership program with several local & national vendors. I established a close working relationship with public agencies/universities and networking organizations in order to promote the firms’ employment opportunities in the community. I handled workers compensation injury reporting and compliance for the firm. I handled all security clearances for the firm and acted as Safety representative. I provided back up relief for the benefits specialist in maintaining employee records and issues. In addition, I maintained and submitted monthly success rate reports, cost-per-hire reports and monthly status reports. I maintained and negotiated proposals and fees with personnel agencies. In addition, I managed the summer internship program which included college recruitment and fairs. I monitored each of the hiring offices recruiting budgets to help them make smarter hiring decisions. Administered the firms drug-free workplace program. I kept updated on laws that reflect recruitment and communicate to Human Resource Manager as needed including ERISA and DOL requirements.
