Daily Duties at Tech Tel Communications:
This was a start up telephone company (CLEC). Managed team of residential and business provisioners. Managed all aspects of department including training manual, budgeting, interviewing, employee reviews, terminations and fostered team work with customer service dept, billing and human resources. Superior team attitude from all involved!!
