Developed policies and implementation to ensure stability for a large hosted online homework system. Responsible for technology management and operations, systems design, network architecture, and hardware allocation. Managed server, networking, and storage to provide services to a growing customer base. Centralized directory services for ease of management. Managed the build-out of a satellite office when growth exceeded main office capacity. Built out VPNs between the main office, satellite office, and datacenter. Migrated development from CVS to Subversion. Introduced SAN storage. Managed rotating pool of technical staff members for IT issues. Developed Intranet tools to improve corporate information sharing.
