Daily Duties at Rackspace:
Worked with Rackspace Corporate Development as a technical resource for partners who write software for the Rackspace Cloud. Provided technical assistance to external software developers. Reviewed partner code and products for functionality and utility, providing business cases for current and future partnerships. Continued to contribute to Open Source initiatives in the Rackspace Cloud ecosystem. Expanded the reach of Rackspace Cloud technologies by writing Ruby gems that interface with various Cloud APIs, and used those gems to provide Rackspace Cloud support in various software packages that previously only supported Amazon. Additionally, assisted the Corporate Media team with tools and knowledge to help them address social networking issues.
