Daily Duties at Datalogic Through Hire Calling Staffing:

In this position, I was responsible for secretarial assistance to the manager of Manufacturing. This included answering the phone, keeping track of employees who called in sick, tracking temporary employees through Spreadsheets in Excel and sharing that information with several temp agencies and Human Resources, assisting new employees with temporary badges, getting them their smocks and anything they needed to help them start their new positions. I was in charge of ordering office supplies and supplies that the temporary employees would need for their jobs on the assembly line. I booked conference rooms and sorted through timecards for all employees, handing the cards on to Payroll and the temp cards over to the temp agencies.
