Daily Duties at Bp Indonesia:
- Analyze and initiate Kangean Production’s & Stock material replenishments (annual 600 PR/2100 items/$1,2 Millions). - Develop analysis for re-ordering based on Preventive Maintenance and Work Specifications obtained from Production planner. - Monitor all Replenishment Status at West-Java offshore station and Kangean area. - Sourcing material availability at warehouse for projects. - Monitor and reconcile all transactions and movements in warehouse. - Perform Cycle Count periodically, Reconcile and perform required adjustment to assure inventory accuracy. - Supporting warehouse and end user activities. - Handle routine matters, may do such other job/duties as requested. - Perform other job as requested by Supervisor. - Offshore warehouse material inspection/auditing. - Report to Material Manager.
