Daily Duties at John Hardy Corporation:
- Directs the formulation of procurement, logistics, contract/services, policies and plans. - Creating and developing Corporate Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) to be implemented. - Reviewing all purchasing and services in suitable supplier to meet best quality, cost and delivery requirements before approval. - Creating corporate cost saving report at the end of the year. - Monitoring and reviewing corporate cost saving platform planning through the year. - Oversees all logistics movements of supplies and finished goods, and ensure receiving at optimal times. - Liaises with Production departments and customer in regards to all material request and services requirement. - Creating logistics synergy among the business unit at Bali, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and New York to achieve corporate efficiency. - Managing 12 staff day to day activities and performances. - Developing contract maintenance and services for all 3 companies among John Hardy Corporation to increase cost savings opportunity. - Reporting to VP Operation – Asia & GM Manufacturing.
